Anthony Mackie‘s Marvel Cinematic Universe character Sam Wilson has never had a physical superpower, but the actor just revealed the superpower he has now that he’s Captain America.
Sam became Captain America in the season finale of the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and it took him some time to accept the shield.
In a recent interview, Anthony talked about the powerful speech that Sam gave in the finale, in which he assumed the identity of Captain America.

Stranger Things' David Harbour and Captain America star Anthony Mackie have joined forces in a new Netflix movie. The duo — who are both Marvel vets now Harbour has debuted as Red Guardian in Black Widow — are among the cast to have signed up to star in We Have A Ghost, the upcoming movie from writer and director Christopher Landon.
Filmmaker Christopher Landon is seemingly interested in surprising fans with his projects. Though he started his filmmaking career with more traditionally dark horror, such as “Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones,” his most recent projects have taken fun concepts and flipped them on their heads with the thrillers, “Happy Death Day” (and its sequel) and “Freaky.” Now, it appears he’s doing the same in “We Have a Ghost,” and he’s landed an all-star cast to help tell the story.
