Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a hilarious snap with a horse as they preapre for Saturday Night Takeaway's return this weekend. The TV presenters, both 46, appeared to be enjoying the show's unexpected break last week as they posed on an idyllic beach, while Dec sat astride the horse and Ant wielded a selfie stick. Dec sported a light blue shirt and white trousers and was caught looking thoroughly confused by the situation.
Meanwhile, Ant wore a striped shirt and camel shorts and laughed in delight as he snapped a photo. Captioning the string of shots, the duo quipped on their joint Instagram account: 'Not easy taking a selfie on the hoof while you’re horsing around. 'But this one came out pretty well?! We’re live in the studio again this Saturday 7pm!'Last week Saturday Night Takeaway was cancelled due to ITV's packed sporting schedule, with England playing against France for the final match of the Six Nations tournament.
Taking to Twitter to share the news, Ant and Dec penned: 'Remember there’s no show this weekend as we pass Saturday night over to the rugby. 'But they’re only borrowing it! We’ll be keeping your Takeaway warm until it all kicks off again in studio next Saturday 26th March!'The hosts shared a video to Instagram to remind their fans that they would be absent from the screen as they pretended to cry over the 'dreadful' news. It comes after it was revealed Ant and Dec's swipe at the Prime Minister has been nominated for the TV BAFTA's Must-See Moment Award.
