Anonymous Content has laid off roughly 15% of its staff due to the coronavirus pandemic, Variety has learned. In addition, Anonymous has implemented a temporary compensation reduction among executives, with the company’s partners shouldering the deepest pay cuts.
The layoffs are across all of the company’s divisions, which include talent, television, motion picture, literary, media rights, and commercial production and branded entertainment.

Duncan Millership is joining management company Anonymous Content, exiting WME, where he was a partner. As all of Hollywood continues to struggle to survive the closures caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Endeavor is gearing up for lay offs, furloughs and pay cuts across all divisions and company holdings. The cuts, which have already begun in some businesses, will affect up to one-third of the company, which staffs 7,500 people worldwide, and will take place through May.
