Andy Burnham has called on Sir Keir Starmer to review the controversial two-child benefit cap if Labour wins the next General Election. Sir Keir has faced fierce criticism from within his own party after saying he wouldn't scrap the controversial policy.

But on Sunday Sir Keir confirmed Labour would not change it if winning power due to financial constraints. Today (Tuesday) Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham urged him to rethink that stance.
