Amy Schumer is opening up about using Ozempic use.
While appearing on What What Happens Live on Thursday night (June 8), the 42-year-old comedian talked about using the weight loss drug before revealing the side effects that made her stopped taking it.

“Like a year ago, I tried it. I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn’t play with my son. I was so skinny and he’s throwing a ball at me and [I couldn’t],” Amy shared. “And you’re like, ‘OK, this isn’t livable for me.’”
Despite going off Ozempic, Amy said she “immediately invested [in it] because I knew everyone was going to try it.”
Amy – who revealed that in January 2022 that she got liposuction – also addressed how fellow celebs talk about weight loss.
“Everyone has been lying saying, ‘Oh smaller portions.’ Like shut the f—k up. You are on Ozempic or one of those things or you got work done. Just stop,” Amy said. “Be real with the people. When I got lipo, I said I got lipo.”
Amy joins a long line of celebrities who have openly talked about using Ozempic for weight loss.
