In the pre-recorded testimony, the officer said Johnny wasn't present at the apartment and Amber "would give no further information".
And, as she was questioned from Amber's lawyer Elaine Bredehoft Officer Saenz said she "took no notes, or photos or recorded anything" when she was called out. She agreed that "Heard was crying, red eyed and was not making eye-contact" when she talked to her and said she "saw nothing out of the ordinary" at the penthouse and nothing was broken or damaged. Officer Saenz also told Amber's lawyer: "I did not identify her as a victim of domestic violence".
