The residents of a Salford suburb were in for a surprise as a rather famous TV star showed up for a spot of filming.
Amanda Holden visited Irlam on Thursday for a cuppa and a traditional afternoon tea as the Britain's Got Talent crew carry out auditions in at The Lowry.
The 48-year-old made the trip to Christine's Tea Room, in Liverpool Road, to film for the brand new series due in the spring.
