Amanda, 51, took on the tough challenge, which she saw her climb the highest mountains in England, Wales and Scotland in just 24 hours, to raise money for Heart's charity Global's Make Some Noise. The Heart Radio presenter has been documenting her process in the Three Peaks Challenge throughout the last few hours up until she successfully reached the top of Ben Nevis mountain in Scotland this morning.

I’m sure tomorrow, when I look back on it, I won’t believe that we achieved it, because there were some moments where I just didn’t think we were going to make it. “The weather has been against us the whole way and it must have been minus three of four up here at the moment. “It is freezing, but I am so happy we made it.
