Hundreds of complaints have been lodged against businesses in Bolton 'operating illegally' since the start of the coronavirus lockdown.
Bolton Council revealed that 377 complaints have been made by the public but only one business - a vaping shop - has been ordered to close.
In addition, 78 warning letters have been sent to businesses and council officers have visited 177 premises to carry out spot checks and respond to complaints.
