Alex Jones opens up on 'terrible mum guilt' as TV job affects young family

The One Show host Alex Jones has opened up about the struggles of balancing her role as a TV host and being a mum to three young children. Despite the challenges, the 47 year old is determined to stay on the BBC programme for as long as possible. Alex, who will be celebrating her 14th year on the show this August, shares Teddy, seven, Kit, five, and two year old Annie with her husband Charlie Thomson, whom she married in 2015.
But like many mums, can find herself suffering from guilt as she juggles work and being a mum of three. She candidly confessed: "I suffer from terrible mum guilt, but that’s the nature of my work. All I can do is my best.
