If there's one thing for sure, it's that Aldi shoppers cannot get enough of one of the herbal teas on the shelves. It's been dubbed a tea that sends you to sleep, and reportedly works a treat for those who struggle with insomnia. And in more tea-riffic news, a box costs just 85p, so you can stock up and make the most out of the hot drink.

The Facebook user in question on the Aldi UK shoppers page claimed the tea bags gave her the "best night's sleep in ages," and the post attracted hundreds of responses. Many raved about the Diplomat Flower, Camomile and Apple Herbal Tea, but added it has a tendency to "fly off the shelves," as a result of its popularity. One person gushed: "I've been taking the sleep one since two days ago and honestly it works better than sleeping pills and also works on my anxiety levels, so I drink a cup here and there during the day...
and the taste is lovely too!" A second shared: "I love it. I take a cup to bed and read for 30 mins before I turn the light out." And a third penned: "The sleep really works. It's amazing." The tempting ingredients found in the raved about tea include passion flower, camomile, apple, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and niacin (Vitamin B3).
