An angry woman has been spotted berating shoppers in an Aldi supermarket for wearing protective face masks.
The video footage of the woman emerged overnight after the incident took place yesterday February 15 at lunch time in an Aldi store.
The furious woman allegedly branded staff of the shop “paedophiles” and “idiots” as she was escorted from the shop.
An eyewitness also claims the woman carried on screaming as she packed away her groceries in the car park following the initial incident.
The woman then “opened her car window and screamed abuse at people for wearing masks as she drove off”, according to another shopper who wished to remain anonymous.
Aldi in Porthmadog, where the incident took place, have been approached for comment, report North Wales Live.
The person who filmed the rant said: “I had just paid for my items and was about to walk out when I heard shouting.
“I turned around and the woman was shouting at the lady behind the till, saying ‘this needs to stop, wearing masks doesn’t work - it’s ridiculous. - you are all idiots.’
“The woman behind the till was so shocked and said she was just following the rules before asking her to leave.
“The customer carried on screaming and waving her arms around aggressively and started calling the staff paedophiles and idiots because they wore masks.
“She went to the car park with her shopping and was still shouting, she then drove away, but opened her car window and screamed abuse at people for wearing masks as she drove off.”
