An air ambulance landed in Bolton town centre after a man was injured falling from an escalator.
The helicopter landed on grass behind Le Mans Crescent and in front of Bolton Crown Court after paramedics received a call around noon today (Friday, August 27).
A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) said the man had suffered head injuries during the fall.
