Adele shows off weight loss

Alan Carr has showed off his incredible lockdown weight loss after going on Adele's diet, which helped her lose seven stone.The 44 year old drew attention from his 884,000 fans after sharing a snap on Instagram that highlighted his slimmed down figure and chiselled jawline. In the picture, where he promoted Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the star could be seen leaning against a doorframe, wearing a navy blue T-shirt and his signature black-framed glasses on.

While some people may have let themselves go during the coronavirus quarantine and lockdown, others took the opportunity to focus on fitness and getting healthy! This has allowed for some incredible celebrity weight loss stories in 2020, with several big-name stars shedding major pounds this year.
