Adele Roberts shared the latest stage of her chemotherapy journey as she showed the brutal reality of how her hands and feet look with her Instagram followers. The radio presenter and former Big Brother star, who has bowel cancer, took to her stories to reveal she was finally on the last stretch of treatment, but one of the side effects is that her hands have been left cracked and incredibly dry.
