Adele is reportedly feeling "self-conscious" about her dramatic weight loss, but hasn't allowed that to stop herself from going on a well-deserved shopping spree.The 32 year old singer stunned fans after unveiling her incredible transformation on Instagram for her birthday on 5 May. However, despite her hard work to achieve the body she wants, the mum-of-one is said to be feeling a little "embarrassed" about the amount of attention she's getting.
