The 40-year-old actress  combined working out with fun, as the pair spent the day enjoying the gorgeous Los Angeles sunshine on Dec. 15. It was so warm that Jacob took off his shirt as the couple reached the top of a bluff in Malibu overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Rebel shared a photo of the couple with her 9.4 million Instagram followers, where the twosome looked so crazy about each other.
