A businessman who smashed up "the most beautiful car ever made" in a head-on crash has been found guilty of careless driving.

Old, rotting and abandoned cars which have spent years at the bottom of a Paisley reservoir have finally been removed.
Scottish Water enlisted a specialist team to carry out the "delicate" and "complex" operation to remove the rusty vehicles which were an eyesore at Gleniffer Braes.
Pictures from the site this afternoon show the cars - many which have been in the water for years - loaded on to the back of a truck following the removal.

Acting on calls from the local community for the vehicles to be removed, Scottish Water has enlisted help from contractors George Leslie Ltd to ensure the environment and the removal team are kept safe during the course of the operation.
We told earlier this week how specialist divers were on the site getting the cars ready to be towed from the water.
Scottish Water said it was "now time to act" following a number of concerns from the public about the impact the cars could have on the environment.
Residents and local councillors also told how they hoped the popular walking spot could return to it's "former glory" once the cars had been removed.
