A3 Artists Agency has hired Doug Fronk as partner and head of television literary at the Hollywood talent and literary agency. Fronk arrives at A3 from Paradigm where he worked for 19 years and became co-head of the TV literary department in 2017.
He joins fellow former Paradigm execs Andy Patman and Adam Kanter, who were earlier tapped to launch a literary division at A3, and Valarie Phillips, who recently became a partner and co-head of the agency's motion pictures literary division. A3
