Manchester's waste food enterprise Open Kitchen is planning to open a new cafe and bar in Manchester city centre.
The UK-first offering will be opening at the People's History Museum later this spring, serving a menu made from produce that would have otherwise gone to waste.
Overlooking the River Irwell on the edge of Spinningfields, the menu at the modern cafe will be mostly vegetarian
