They join previously announced series regulars Billy Burke and Kevin Alejandro.

Grace Jones has unveiled a series of new acts for this year’s Meltdown festival.Newly confirmed acts for this year’s festival, which Jones is curating, include Angelique Kidjo, John Grant, Sky Ferreira, Hot Chip and the Kasai Allstars, Desire Marea and Honey Dijon.They will join the existing, previously announced line-up of Peaches, Skunk Anansie, Meshell Ndegeocello, Oumou Sangaré, The Love Unlimited Synth Orchestra, Lee Fields, Baaba Maal and a special tribute to Lee ‘Scratch Perry’ by Adrian Sherwood.Jones will now also open and close the festival, which takes place between June 10-19. She was initially due to curate the show back in 2020 but that and last year’s event were both cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.In her new opening performance, Jones will be backed by an orchestra.

confirmed to Variety on Wednesday that she passed away on Feb. 25 in her Texas home from cancer.“Farrah was fierce, tender, loyal, loving, strong, funny, smart, protective, kind, passionate and utterly irreplaceable,” they said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

Farrah Forke, probably best known for her co-starring role on NBC’s long-running sitcom Wings, died of cancer February 25 at her home in Texas, according to a family friend. She was 54.

Farrah Abraham, 30, is doubling down on her decision to allow her 13-year-old daughter Sophia to get a septum piercing. The Teen Mom OG star explained why her daughter to get the controversial nose piercing while talking with TMZ.  “I think her generation of 13 is much different than my generation of 13. That man was the Broberg family’s trusted neighbor, Robert Berchtold, who ended up manipulating and exploiting the parents before turning their daughter against them. “Nick Antosca has created a compelling series in that explores one family’s unimaginable experience with great insight and sensitivity,” said Lisa Katz, president scripted content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.

Peacock has given a straight-to-series order to A Friend of the Family, a true-crime limited drama about the Jan Broberg kidnapping case, from Nick Antosca (The Act, Channel Zero) and UCP, with Oscar winner Anna Paquin, Jake Lacy, Colin Hanks and Lio Tipton attached to star. Eliza Hittman (Never Rarely Sometimes Always) is set to direct and executive produce multiple episodes, including the pilot.
