Skye Townsend, best known for her work on HBO’s Emmy-winning A Black Lady Sketch Show, has signed with ColorCreative for representation.
Townsend recurred on the sketch comedy series A Black Lady Sketch Show in the first two seasons and was promoted to series regular beginning in Season 3. Starring alongside Robin Thede, Ashley Nicole Black and Gabrielle Dennis, Townsend drew acclaim with her viral impressions. The show wrapped its four-season run earlier this year.
Most recently, Townsend starred in the Comedy Central/MTV film Pretty Stoned. Her previous credits include iCarly on Paramount+; Netflix’s Lucifer, where she played a musician and had the opportunity to perform two of her original songs on screen at The Hollywood Bowl; BET’s Road the BET Experience; and her web series 8 Days a Week.
