Ioan Gruffudd has filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against his estranged wife Alice Evans amid their ongoing divorce. Online records show Gruffudd filed a petition with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, February 15, requesting Evans to stay 100 yards away from him and his current girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, an actress.

Martinez is seeking appointment “solely for the purpose of investigating and pursuing a lawsuit under the New Mexico Wrongful Death Act in the courts of New Mexico,” the filing states.Hutchins was preparing for a scene in a church building at the Bonanza Creek Ranch, near Santa Fe, when actor Alec Baldwin fired a Colt .45, killing her and injuring the film’s director.
