When it comes to enviable wardrobes, the presenters of This Morning have been absolutely knocking it out of the park lately. From Rochelle Humes’ Yellow Satin Midi Dress, £60 here, to Alison Hammond’s gorgeous Pink Suedette Waterfall Jacket, £39.99 here, they’ve been giving us some major spring-ready fashion inspiration recently.
Netflix has been making several renewal and cancellation decisions regarding their original TV content all year!
Rochelle Humes has been standing in as a presenter on ITV's This Morning until the show's two new permanent hosts start, and we haven't been able to stop ourselves from admiring her flawless, glowing skin – no mean feat with three young children and early morning starts! Luckily for us, Rochelle's make-up artist has revealed the exact product she uses to prep the star's skin before filming. MUA Huda Okuonghae said, "I applied the Ella & Jo Plump & Protect Day Cream as a base before putting on Rochelle's make-up.The hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates the skin, and it's enriched with ceramides, which strengthen the skin barrier and boost moisturisation. This is particularly essential when applying a full face of make-up and being under bright lights throughout the show." As Huda explains, this all-in-one moisturiser contains SPF 30 to protect against UV rays and blue light, plus skin-plumping hyaluronic acid, glycerin and ceramides to smooth, hydrate and strengthen the skin.
Netflix are expected to raise their prices again this year, according to a new analysis by investment bank UBS Securities.Rumours about a possible price increase gained some ground at the end of January when the streamer released its quarterly shareholder letter, which contained details of a potential hike for subscribers. The letter read: “As we invest in and improve Netflix, we’ll occasionally ask our members to pay a little extra to reflect those improvements, which in turn helps drive the positive flywheel of additional investment to further improve and grow our service.”Now, the UBS analysis indicates that price rises are likely to be imminent for Netflix subscribers. “We expect to see rate increases this year,” wrote John Hodulik, who works for the Wall Street bank (via Independent). They predict the shift will contribute to an overall company growth of 15 per cent in 2024, compared to 7 per cent last year.Currently, a basic subscription costs £7.99 a month, while a standard subscription in the UK, which allows for HD and a second device, costs £10.99 a month.
Is the rom-com genre in a Renaissance period? Lady Gaga has hit back at transphobic comments aimed at Dylan Mulvaney, saying that they represent “hatred”.The pop icon came to Mulvaney’s defence last night (March 11), following the actress and influencer being at the centre of online abuse in recent days.On Friday (March 8), Mulvaney shared photos of herself and the singer together as part of a photoshoot for Haus Labs – Gaga’s brand of makeup – and celebrated International Women’s Day in the caption.A post shared by Dylan Mulvaney (@dylanmulvaney)Shortly after, the influencer went on to receive a vast number of hateful and offensive comments, both misgendering her and criticising her for celebrating IWD as a transgender woman. Now, Lady Gaga has taken to social media to hit back at those spreading hate towards the actress, and slammed those posting the comments as spreading “hatred”.“It’s appalling to me that a post about National Women’s Day by Dylan Mulvaney and me would be met with such vitriol and hatred,” she wrote, sharing an image of them. “But it is not surprising given the immense work that it’s obvious we still have to do as a society to make room for transgender lives to be cherished and upheld by all of us.”“I feel very protective in this moment, not only of Dylan, but of the trans community who continues to lead the way with their endless grace and inspiration in the face of constant degradation, intolerance, and physical, verbal, and mental violence,” she added.

Editor’s Note: French filmmaker and screenwriter Audrey Diwan is the director of Venice Golden Lion-winning abortion drama Happening (L’Evénément). Adapted from celebrated French writer Annie Ernaux’s autobiographical novel of the same name, it follows the emotionally harrowing and physically perilous battle of a brilliant literature student to obtain an abortion in 1963, some 12 years before it was made legal in France. The film’s unexpectedly timely U.S. release by IFC Films in May coincided with news via a leaked document that the Supreme Court was on the verge of overturning the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that recognized women’s constitutional right to abortion in the US. This came to pass on Friday (June 24). As abortion clinics begin closing in some U.S. states, Diwan has penned a column for us on a decision that has sent shockwaves across the world.
Zack Sharf Digital News Director Jeremy Strong‘s Emmy-winning tenure as Kendall Roy on HBO’s “Succession” is over, and he told The New York Times Magazine in a recent interview that “there was a moment when the show ended where I felt a profound sense of, ‘Was this the thing? Strong is currently on Broadway headlining the play “Enemy of the People” alongside Michael Imperioli and Victoria Pedretti. He’s also set to play Roy Cohn in the upcoming biographical drama “The Apprentice,” which features Sebastian Stan as Donald Trump and Maria Bakalova as Ivana Trump.
