Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Netflix has set the launch date for Part 3 of “Lupin,” its popular heist series starring Omar Sy, for Oct. 3. Six actors will join the Straw Hats on the Going Merry as Netflix expands the cast of its upcoming One Piece live-action series.
