On Sunday snow was falling across much of the UK, however this wasn’t quite cold enough for Joe Wicks.The Body Coach star decided that, instead of wrapping up warm, he would head out into his garden to enjoy a bath full of ice. Joe, 34, was inspired by the methods of Dutch athlete Wim Hof, who is known by many as The Iceman.
