In a world with new anthology series with star-studded casts coming seemingly every month or so, a show really has to do something special to impress audiences. And while “Modern Love” already released a successful first season, the anthology is going even bigger with the A-list names that are populating the stories being told in Season 2.

Ethan Shanfeld Amazon Prime Video announced that Sophie Okonedo and Tobias Menzies have joined the cast of “Modern Love” Season 2, which will premiere Aug.

Amazon has set Friday, August 13 for the Season 2 premiere of Modern Love, its half-hour romantic anthology series, inspired by The New York Times column. All eight half-hour episodes will be released at once.
