The second season of the hit Netflix series Lupin, which is being billed as “Part 2,” is on the way and we have new photos to share!
Netflix, hot off the international success of its crime comedy series Lupin, starring Omar Sy, has unveiled a slate of new French-language productions.
Omar Sy broke out in the 2011 box office smash The Intouchables and quickly made a name for himself worldwide as the French film rolled out to global acclaim. Now, as the 10th anniversary of that award-winning $427M grosser approaches, he’s back on the international stage with Netflix’s Lupin.
Louis Leterrier, the director of the French drama Lupin, is reteaming with Netflix for an untitled French action comedy to star Omar Sy, Laurent Lafitte and Izïa Higelin (Samba). The French film will be a follow-up to the 2012 action comedy On the Other Side of the Tracks, with Sy and Lafitte reprising their roles from the original film.
