Love is a battlefield in 18th century France in the twisted new trailer for the Starz series “Dangerous Liaisons.” In the newly released clip, boy meets girl, boy falls in love with girl, boy keeps playing the role of a gigolo and after a series of events, girl is left broken-hearted. And then the two lovers turn on each other. Alice Englert plays Camille, and eventually the Marquise de Merteuil, while Nicholas Denton stars as the Vicomte de Valmont.

ITV has revealed the star-studded cast for the upcoming true crime drama The Long Shadow - including a number of former Corrie and Emmerdale cast members. The true crime drama follows the five-year hunt for the Yorkshire ripper.

Naman Ramachandran “The Long Shadow,” a true crime drama by “Hijack” and “Lupin” creator George Kay, has revealed a stellar cast. Directed by BAFTA-winner director Lewis Arnold (“Sherwood,” “Time,” “Des”) the 7 x 60′ for U.K. broadcaster ITV and streamer ITVX, drama is a depiction of the five-year hunt for serial killer Peter Sutcliffe, focusing on the lives of the victims who crossed his path and those of the officers at the heart of the police investigation.

Starring John Krasinski as Jack Ryan, the eight-episode season follows Ryan on the run after being implicated in a larger conspiracy. Starz has released the key art and full trailer for their upcoming series Dangerous Liaisons, based on the Pierre Choderlos de Laclos classic, which you can watch in the video posted above. The eight-episode series will make its debut on November 6.
