Its dysfunctional cast is forced back together and now must deal with their unresolved issues in today’s fast-changing world.Levitan is the creator, executive producer, and showrunner and also wrote the pilot story.

Schmigadoon! (★★★★☆) put a smile on my face that stayed from the jubilant opening credits through the last reprise of the catchy title tune.

There’s so much talent in Apple TV+’s musical comedy “Schmigadoon!” that it’s somewhat disappointing to report that the show is merely a modest diversion instead of a must-watch musical extravaganza. You’ll almost certainly laugh a little.
