Brandy Norwood is rooting for her brother Ray J and his estranged wife Princess Love. The rapper filed for divorce on September 14, after four years of marriage. The Grammy-winning singer, 41, gushed over the couple on Thursday, and admitted that she still has a close relationship with her brother’s ex.

Ray J and Princess Love’s divorce is back on. Ray J filed for dissolution of marriage through the The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles on Sept. 14, according to legal records reviewed by HollywoodLife. Ray J is also seeking joint custody of their daughter Melody Norwood, 1, and son Epik, 8 months, The Blast reported.

Princess Love’s split with Ray J has taken a turn. The 35-year-old Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star is now filing for sole legal and physical custody of the two kids she shares with the singer — daughter Melody Norwood, 23 months, and son Epik, 4 months — according to court documents filed on May 5, and reviewed by HollywoodLife on May 22.

Having two children under the age of two doesn’t give many parents time for romance. But Ray J is pledging that he’ll make sure wife Princess Love, 35, is treated to plenty of marital attention and affection once they settle in to being a new family of four. The couple announced the birth of their son Epik Ray Norwood on Dec. 30, 2019. So for now, their focus is on parenting their newborn, as well as 20-month-old daughter Melody Norwood.
