Andy Cohen is usually the one asking the questions but the tables were flipped when The Real Housewives executive producer made an appearance on HBO Max’s Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?

After getting emotional in court, Jen Shah stepped out looking solemn as she digested the news that she was sentenced to 78 months in prison on Friday, January 6.

Jen Shah, star of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, has been formally sentenced in the wire fraud case. Shah will be going to prison for 6.5 years, or 78 months.

Jen Shah, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, might get locked up in prison for a whole decade in the wire fraud case she pled guilty to if the U.S. government gets what it requested.

Jen Shah will not be sentenced until after the holidays. Her court date has been pushed to January 6, 2023.

There were many revelations made during BravoCon and one of the most noteworthy was the one Andy Cohen made about The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah. The Bravo star pled guilty to fraud earlier this year and it is what shut her out of the convention this weekend in New York City.

Katcy Stephan Season 3 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” has already started off with a bang, and its cast promises things won’t be slowing down anytime soon.  At BravoCon, stars Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose and Heather Gay spoke with Variety about the season’s biggest drama so far and what fans can expect in the coming episodes.  Jen Shah, who pleaded guilty in July on criminal fraud charges stemming from an alleged telemarketing scheme, did not participate in the convention.  Two duos emerged on the red carpet: Rose/Barlow and Marks/Gay. The ladies, who have already had explosive fights, declined to comment on their current friendship status, but insisted that their red carpet pairings spoke volumes about the state of things.

She was arrested during the filming of Season 2, practically on camera. And as Shah protested her innocence, the second season made much hay of her legal issues.

OG stars Whitney Rose, Jen Shah, Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay and Meredith Marks all return for this fresh batch of episodes, which largely focus on Jen's ongoing legal battle with the federal government — at least judging by the just-released trailer. In July, Jen changed her plea in her federal fraud case to guilty after professing her innocence for more than a year, including while filming this new season.

Porsha Williams and Leah McSweeney will be the only two former housewives amongst the group of women. Williams announced her departure from “Atlanta” in September 2021.

A co-defendant in Jen Shah's telemarketing scheme case was denied a reduced sentence by a judge on Tuesday. Shah, who stars in "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," was arrested in 2021 on federal fraud charges stemming from allegations she conspired to commit wire fraud and laundered money in connection to a purported telemarketing scam that targeted the elderly, federal prosecutors said.  The Bravo personality faces multiple counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.  Shah's alleged involvement dates back to 2012, and while the reality star and her assistant Stuart Smith were hit with an indictment last spring, the case goes back to 2019 and involves many other co-defendants: Anthony Cheedie, Chad Allen, Shane Hanna, Cameron Brewster, Kevin Handren, Joseph Ciaccio, Joseph Minetto, Joseph Depaola, Derek Larkin, Joseph Chirico and Mattie Cirilo.

On Sunday, the 49-year-old took to Twitter to post a statement.“Since it was not perfectly clear in my previous tweet, and I can now speak out in more depth. I am sickened by my co-worker's racist and prejudicial posts that recently surfaced,” Marks wrote.
