Bruce Willis and John Travolta will appear as rivals in their new action movie "Paradise City." In the film's trailer, which was released Wednesday, Willis plays a bounty hunter who is getting a little too old for the job but agrees to take on the extremely difficult and dangerous assignment to take down a crime lord in Hawaii, played by Travolta.  After Willis’ character is thought to have died on the job, his son, played by Blake Jenner, teams up with his dad’s former partner, Stephen Dorff, to get revenge on those they believe carried out the killing.Their task is made all the more difficult because they still have to deal with Travolta’s character. This is the first time Travolta and Willis have worked together since first pairing up in 1994 for the Quentin Tarantino classic "Pulp Fiction." Travolta played a hitman in the film, and Willis played an aging boxer who killed Travolta’s character.They played two of the film's three protagonists.

Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, took aim at Sean "Diddy" Combs after the Bad Boy Records founder criticized the "White Lives Matter" shirts West debuted at his Yeezy season 9 presentation in Paris Monday. The 45-year-old declared "war" on Diddy, 52, in a text message exchange between the two that Ye shared in multiple posts to Instagram Friday. The back-and-forth appeared to come after West and Diddy had a contentious conversation on the phone.

Jared Leto will star as the late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld in an upcoming biopic. Largerfeld, who passed away in 2019, is the former powerful artistic director of Chanel.

Tom Hanks revealed he thinks at least four of his movies are "pretty good." Hanks, who recently wrote a book titled "The Making of Another Major Motion Picture Masterpiece," spoke about the book along with the movie-making process in a recent interview. "Every character in the book does something I've experienced while making a movie, as well as discovered a philosophy or learned an important lesson," he told People magazine.

Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You," has become one of the biggest songs of the holiday season, but Carey wants to take things to the next level with her attempt to officially trademark the term "Queen of Christmas." Carey filed her trademark last March and the news was made public in July. According to the application that was filed with the U.S.Trademark Office, the trademarked term would cover a large range of items like lotions, fragrances, jewelry, mugs, clothes, food, ornaments and of course, music.  A lot of singers have come forward showing their resistance to the trademark claim.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas tied the knot! According to People, the couple wed in front of 220 guests at the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Giudice's four daughters, Gia, 21, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 16 and Audriana, 12, were all at her side. The reality star shares her children with ex-husband Joe Giudice.The Giudice's officially divorced in 2020 and he has since been released from prison and moved to Italy.

Shawn Mendes canceled the rest of his Wonder World Tour to take an extended mental health break. Mendes announced the tour cancellation Wednesday via Instagram. "I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away," he explained.

The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards nominations were announced on Tuesday and Jack Harlow, Lil Nas X and Kendrick Lamar lead the pack with seven nominations each. Lamar is nominated in the best cinematography category for his music videos for songs "family ties" and "N95." The rapper, who has not been nominated since 2018, is also nominated for best hip-hop, visual effects, direction, editing and best video.  Kendrick Lamar is nominated in the best cinematography category for his songs "family ties" and "N95." He is nominated in five other categories as well.

Chris Pratt is opening up after receiving backlash online. The Marvel actor, 43, spoke out about the social media frenzy that occurred after he praised his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger in an Instagram post that mentioned their "healthy daughter." "[Ignoring Twitter comments is] a lesson I’ve learned. It’s not a lesson that my son has learned yet," Pratt shared with Men’s Health for their July/August cover.

Chris Stapleton postponed three shows of his "All-American Road Show" tour after testing positive for COVID-19.  Stapleton announced his coronavirus diagnosis via Instagram. "To all my friends in Salt Lake City and Denver, I am very sorry to let you all know that I have tested positive for Covid and will be unable to perform this weekend's shows," the country music star said.

Jennifer Lopez revealed her mother used to "beat" her and her siblings in her latest documentary "Halftime." Lopez, 52, opened up in the documentary about her childhood and the strained relationship she had with her mother, Guadalupe "Lupe" Rodriguez. "She did what she had to do to survive, and it made her strong, but it also made her tough," Lopez said, (via Yahoo). "She beat the sh-- out of us." Jennifer Lopez opened up about her strained relationship with her mother during her documentary film "Halftime." "I was far from the perfect mother," Rodriguez said.

This has been building since before Toby Emmerich exited and Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy took the reins at Warner Bros. Joaquin Phoenix hasn’t quite signed a deal to reprise his role as the disturbed murderous anarchist Arthur Fleck in a sequel to the billion dollar grossing "Joker," but the film is a go.  Director Todd Phillips revealed on Instagram that there’s a "Joker" sequel script he just wrote with Scott Silver and that Phoenix, who won an Oscar for playing the title role, is reading it.That isn’t quite true; Phoenix read it awhile ago, and it has come down to making a rich deal for him to star in the genre-jumping sequel.

Chris Pratt admitted he "sacrificed a lot" to film the "Jurassic World" trilogy. Sitting down with co-star Bryce Dallas Howard, Pratt explained it's "sad" to see the franchise come to an end. "Both of us sacrificed a lot over the past eight years, blessed beyond all belief to be a part of this thing, and it's sad," Pratt told the Associated Press.

Tributes are pouring in for Ray Liotta, who was widely known for his role as Henry Hill in the legendary Martin Scorsese crime film, "Goodfellas." Liotta died at age 67, Fox News Digital confirmed. Some of his co-stars in the 1990 crime drama, as well as other peers in Hollywood, are honoring the late actor.  "God is a Goodfella and so is Ray," actor Joe Pesci, who played Tommy DeVito, told Fox News Digital. Ray Liotta, widely known for his role in the legendary Martin Scorsese crime film "Goodfellas," has died.

Mark Hoppus admitted he was "grateful" to be able to attend Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian's wedding in Italy on Sunday nearly one year after receiving a cancer diagnosis. Keanu Reeves was considered for Brad Pitt’s role in "The Lost City," the film’s directors have revealed. When directors Adam and Aaron Nee spoke with Screen Rant about Pitt’s role in the film, the duo shared that they were uncertain if they would be able to cast Pitt and had other stars in mind, including Reeves. "I think we thought it was gonna be Keanu Reeves initially, but he was tied up with ‘John Wick,’ and that's where we were like, 'Brad was always our first choice,'" Adam shared with the outlet.

The 2022 Met Gala raised a record $17.4 million, museum officials said Tuesday.  The annual fundraising gala was held on the first Monday in May in New York City this year, as is tradition.This is the first time it has been held on its regularly scheduled date after nearly two years of a pandemic hiatus.  This year's theme was "In America: An Anthology of Fashion," the second installment of a two-part series paying homage to American stylists and designers.The approximately 400 celebrities and personalities in attendance were asked to abide by the "gilded glamour" dress code.  Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashian attend The 2022 Met Gala.
