Jason Segel’s therapist Jimmy is set to give out some more interesting advice after Apple TV+ renewed comedy-drama series Shrinking for a second season.

As he witnesses the breakthroughs he facilitates with his patients, including one who leaves her emotionally abusive husband upon his advice, Jimmy also breaks out of his own grief as he connects with his daughter after the death of her mother.In addition to Segel, Harrison Ford stars as Paul alongside Jessica Williams, Christa Miller, Lukita Maxwell, Michael Urie and Luke Tennie.“We have loved the engaging, touching and hilarious world of ‘Shrinking’ since the beginning, and it has been wonderful to watch as audiences around the world continue to connect with these big-hearted characters,” Apple TV+ head of programming Matt Cherniss said.

The streamer announced that the critically-acclaimed sports comedy will return on Wednesday, March 15, with new episodes dropping weekly thereafter. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway.”

Ted Lasso fans have a little bit more to wait for the big Season 3 premiere this spring. So in the meantime, Apple is teasing what’s ahead in a first-look photo (below) showing the titular character (Jason Sudeikis) face-to-face with Nathan Shelley (Nick Mohammed) who looks to still have his feet planted on the dark side.

EXCLUSIVE: Just days after she became available following the cancellation of NBC’s Ordinary Joe, Natalie Martinez has been tapped as a series regular opposite Vince Vaughn in the Apple TV+ drama series Bad Monkey, written and executive produced by Ted Lasso co-creator Bill Lawrence. Martinez replaces Ana Villafañe who had originally been cast in the role. Recastings are unfortunate but inevitable part of the business that could be for various of reasons. In this case, I hear the character had been written older than Villafañe’s age, leading to the decision to replace her.
