Kyle Newman has claimed that his estranged wife Jaime King hasn't paid her court-ordered child support. Black Summer star King filed for divorce from the director in May 2020 after more than 12 years of marriage. Since her initial filing, the pair have been locked in a custody battle over their two children Leo Thames, seven, and James Knight, nine.

As we’ve been following, Jaime King isn’t going to just let her ex-husband Kyle Newman dictate their contentious co-parenting dynamic without a fight!

Jaime King, 41, and Kyle Newman, 44, are embroiled in a legal battle over custody of their two children, James Knight, 6, and Leo Thames, 4, following their split. Kyle filed an emergency court order on Friday, May 22, seeking sole physical custody of their sons, which was denied by a judge.

After more than 13 years of marriage, Jaime King has filed for divorce from husband Kyle Newman.  According to court records, the Black Summer actress filed for divorce from Newman on Monday morning in Los Angeles, Calif. The court records also show that she has filed a temporary restraining order against him.  King and Newman have two sons together, James Knight, 6, and Leo Thomas, 4.
