The Streets, Maisie Peters and Ghetts are among artists that have been announced in the next wave of acts for Boardmasters 2024.Professor Green, Cat Burns, Future Utopia and Sammy Virji are also set to perform at the Cornwall surf and music festival from 7-11 August, joining the previously announced Stormzy, Sam Fender, Chase & Status, Becky Hill and more.The latest wave of acts completes the 2024 line-up, where hundreds of acts will perform across 11 stages at two sites on the Cornish Coast – Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach.The DJ line-up for this year is completed by Ewan McVicar, Eliza Rose, Hedex and Eskman, Andy C, Hannah Laing and more.Other artists set to perform at the 2024 edition include Bicep, Nia Archives, Tom Odell, Soft Play, English Teacher and Katy B.Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here. Lufthaus, Robbie Williams‘ dance side project has revealed they are set to make their UK live debut at Creamfields 2024.The dance project – comprised of Williams, Flynn Francis and Tim Metcalfe – are set to play the sunset slot on the Arc stage on the festival’s final day. Creamfields is set to take place over the August Bank Holiday weekend from August 22-25 at its usual site in Daresbury, Cheshire.

Chase & Status, Becky Hill, Rudimental and a host of other artists have been announced as the first acts for BBC Radio 1‘s Big Weekend 2024.Ella Henderson, Diplo, Eric Prydz, Kenya Grace, Sonny Fodera, Dimension and Hannah Laing have also been confirmed for the opening day at this year’s annual bash which will take place at Stockwood Park in Luton from May 24-26.Tickets priced at £29.50 (plus a £4.50 booking fee per ticket) will go on sale at 5pm GMT this Thursday (March 21) and can be purchased here. Manori Ravindran International EditorChannel 4 has renewed the Lesley Sharp-fronted crime thriller “Before We Die” — an English adaptation of a Swedish series, produced by the team behind Walter Presents.Sharp will return as detective Hannah Laing, who joins forces with maverick detective Billy Murdoch (Vincent Regan) in a desperate bid to protect her son Christian (Gibson). Season 2 won’t follow the same storyline as its Swedish counterpart, which aired in 2019, but will see Hannah pitched directly against Dubravka, played by Kazia Pelka, the matriarch at the head of the Mimica Croatian crime family.The adaptation is produced by Eagle Eye Drama, which was formed in late 2019 by Walter Iuzzolino, Jo McGrath and Jason Thorp, the creative team behind the global drama company Walter Presents.

Before We Die star Lesley Sharp has opened up about the possibility of the Channel 4 drama returning for a second season. Based on a Swedish series with the same title, the detective drama premiered on Wednesday and it follows Sharp's character Hannah Laing, a detective working on the murder of a colleague.

Scott & Bailey star Lesley Sharp will lead an adaptation of the Swedish crime thriller Before We Die for Channel 4.The new Bristol-set series will see actress star alongside Vincent Regan (300) and Patrick Gibson (The OA).Sharp will play Hannah Laing, a detective who discovers her son Christian (Gibson) is working as an undercover informant in a murder investigation, while Regan will play unconventional investigator Billy Murdoch.
