Actress Constance Wu opened up about being sexually assaulted early in her career, alleging that she was raped although acknowledging it "wasn't violent." In an excerpt of Wu's upcoming memoir "Making a Scene" published by Vanity Fair, the 40-year-old actress describes a date she had with a man named Ty. Despite seeming non-threatening, Wu said Ty caused a "twinge of warning in [her] gut" that she ignored after agreeing to go to his place after dinner. However, once Wu told Ty that she was not ready to go further after the two became intimate, he ignored her.The "Crazy Rich Asians" actress recalled feeling unable to defend herself.

Timothée Chalamet did not hold back when speaking about the negative side effects social media is having on society while promoting his new film at a press conference during the Venice Film Festival. During the press event for his new film, "Bones and All," Chalamet got honest about his feelings surrounding social media and the damage he believes it has caused, claiming he is grateful he didn’t grow up at a time when social media was very popular. "To be young now, and to be young whenever—I can only speak for my generation—is to be intensely judged," Chalamet said.

Mariah Carey further clarified what she meant when she called Meghan Marke a "diva." Carey recently appeared on Markle's podcast "Archetypes." The full episode, the second of the podcast series, was released on Tuesday. "Really enjoyed talking to Duchess and Diva Meghan Markle about ‘The Duality of Diva.’ Yes! I called her a diva, in the most fabulous, gorgeous, and empowering meaning of the word!!!" Carey wrote on Twitter. Mariah Carey, left, clarified what she meant when she called Meghan Markle a "diva."  Markle admitted she was caught off guard when Carey said the Duchess of Sussex gives "us diva moments sometimes." "I think that’s really important for people to remember that there might be this persona," Markle began.

Naomi Judd's family filed a court petition Friday to seal police reports and recordings made during the investigation into the country star's death.  The records contained video and audio interviews with Judd's family members following her passing. Releasing these details would result in "significant trauma and irreparable harm," her family said.

Pete Davidson and his family are spending time celebrating. Hours after Davidson and Kim Kardashian ended their nine-month relationship, the "Saturday Night Live" star’s mom took to Instagram to share that the family is celebrating Casey Davidson’s graduation.  "A beautiful day celebrating @caseydavidson!! PA! We are so proud of you!! Love you to the moon and back...Beautiful inside and out! We are so blessed XO," Davidson’s mom, Amy, captioned her picture.

Paul Rudd is here to brighten a young boy’s day. After Rudd, 53, heard that classmates of 12-year-old Brody Ridder of Westminster, Colorado, wouldn’t sign his yearbook, the "Ant-Man" actor decided to send him a letter and a signed "Ant-Man" helmet.  Brody’s mother, Cassandra, shared images of both the letter and helmet on Facebook. Paul Rudd sent a letter and a signed "Ant-Man" helmet to a seventh-grade boy who has been bullied in school.

J.K. Rowling was a victim of a prank, and the "Harry Potter" author was not amused.

Fans outside New York’s Beacon Theater were cheering for Taylor Swift before she arrived, belting her songs before she stepped onstage. That energy remained throughout her stop at the 21st Tribeca Festival Saturday, where Swift discussed transitioning into the director’s chair, the nuances of visual storytelling and the possibility of future film projects with Mike Mills, writer and director of "C’mon, C’mon" and "20th Century Women."  She then surprised fans with special guests and an acoustic performance. It wasn’t Swift’s first time on a film festival stage — her Netflix documentary "Miss Americana" premiered at Sundance in 2020 — but it was her first time as a director.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are not holding back the PDA. The "Skims" founder, 41, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday night to post a series of videos with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28.  In the first video, Kardashian and the "Saturday Night Live" alum used a devil-horn Instagram filter as they stuck their tongues out for the camera. Davidson then leaned in and gave Kardashian a kiss as she laughed for the camera.

Caitlyn Jenner is shedding some light into Kim Kardashian’s relationship with her estranged husband Kanye West. "He was very difficult to live wife," Jenner said of West on an episode of "The Pivot Podcast." The Olympic gold medalist, 72, said that West was on her "side" during her transition in 2015, but shared that the rapper is a "very complicated guy." Caitlyn Jenner said that Kanye West was "difficult" for Kim Kardashian to live with.

Pete Davidson’s time at "Saturday Night Live" is drawing to a close. The comedian, who has been a fixture at 30 Rock, is set to exit stage left after eight seasons that saw Davidson, 28, join the Lorne Michaels series in a proverbial little brother capacity at age 20.

Rowling praised a feminist protester for standing her ground against a mob of trans activists at the Emmeline Pankhurst statue in Manchester, U.K., saying the famed leader of the British suffragette movement would "be proud." "I never expected the right side of history to include so many people in masks intimidating and assaulting women, did you?" Rowling said on Twitter. "But she never dropped her flag.

Pete Davidson is reigniting his feud with Kanye West. The comedian, 28, addressed his ongoing conflict with Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband in a standup show titled "Pete Davidson Presents: The Best Friends" which was filmed in April. The special is being featured in "Netflix is a Joke: The Festival" and the streaming service released a few clips on Friday.

Ryan Reynolds showed his support for his wife, Blake Lively, on the red carpet during the 2022 Met Gala in New York City on Monday.  As Lively made her way up the stairs, Reynolds was seen watching the "Gossip Girl" star in awe as she captivated the cameras.The sweet moment was captured by Variety.  In an ode to famed New York City architecture and the Statue of Liberty, a crew helped Lively remove the top layer of her dress, and Reynolds was seen clapping and smiling as the transition occurred.  As Lively, 34, made her way on the carpet, her Versace gown featured a long train while multi-colored rhinestones added a pop of color to her pastel pink and orange ensemble.  The Met Gala’s crew assisted Lively in removing that pink and orange layer, which revealed a copper-to-light blue train. Meanwhile, the "Deadpool" actor, 45, arrived dapper in a Ralph Lauren classic tux with white bowtie.

Closing arguments are set to begin Thursday afternoon at a trial that pits former reality TV star Blac Chyna against Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani rested the plaintiff’s case Thursday morning.

Hailey Bieber is sharing her health scare story. On Monday, the model, 25, took to Instagram and YouTube to disclose details for the first time about her March 10 hospitalization, saying she wants to share her story in her "own words." She described the moments leading up to what she thought was a stroke.

Kim Kardashian testified Tuesday that she had no memory of making any attempt to kill the reality show that starred her brother Rob Kardashian and his former fiancée Blac Chyna. But she acknowledged demanding that Chyna be kept off of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" after hearing Chyna had abused her brother.

Ezra Miller was arrested on suspicion of assault Tuesday, the second time the actor known for playing the Flash in "Justice League" films has been arrested in Hawaii in recent weeks. Miller became irate after being asked to leave a get together a Big Island home and threw a chair, hitting a woman in the forehead, said a news release from the Hawaii Police Department. The woman was treated for a half-inch cut on her forehead, police said.

A Hawaii couple have dropped their petition for a temporary restraining order against actor Ezra Miller, who is known for playing "The Flash" in "Justice League" films and allegedly harassed patrons of a karaoke bar in a Big Island town last month. According to court documents, a judge dismissed the restraining order case Monday after the couple requested it. William Dean, a lawyer who represents the couple, declined comment Tuesday on why his clients no longer want to pursue the petition that accused Miller of bursting into their bedroom and threatening them in Hilo, the same town where Miller was arrested.

Justin Bieber reassured his fans during his "Justice" tour that his wife, Hailey Baldwin, is recovering well from her medical emergency. Bieber, 28, who later posted his message to Instagram, said that his wife’s health scare was "really scary" during his Wednesday night performance in Denver.

Kanye West continued to make accusations about Kim Kardashian on Sunday, this time accusing his ex of saying he put a "hit" out on her.  West has been using his Instagram account to publicly call out his ex-wife over issues related to their co-parenting relationship following their split. Now, he’s taking things a step further by accusing the reality star of committing a crime.  West began his social media rant on Sunday by sharing a text exchange that he claimed was with one of Kardashian’s cousins.

Four people have been arrested in connection with the overdose death of actor Michael K. Williams. The actor was found dead at the age of 54 in his New York apartment in September 2021.
