Pierce Brosnan gets ‘emergency restraining order’ against ‘stalker living outside Malibu home’
James Bond star currently has a house in Malibu with his wife, Keely, and their two children, Dylan and Paris.According to reports, the 69-year-old had called the police over a woman who has allegedly been living in a car near his property. In documents, obtained by the Blast, he alleged that the unnamed woman ‘has been stalking me and my family’ in the US.‘She originally said she was looking for Dick Van Dyke (she has a tattoo of him on her arm) but when she found me and my family, she stayed in front of our house,’ he reportedly said in the paperwork.‘She gave me two odd notes, said she needed $1,500 for new tires, and gave me a drawing she did of me.’Pierce said that he called the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department twice in a bid to remove the women, but they were unable to arrest her just for being outside his property.Instead, they are thought to have advised him to file a civil restraining order, with a judge granting an emergency court order, meaning the woman cannot contact the Hollywood icon or his family, or harass them in any way.She has also allegedly been ordered to keep 400 yards away from his home, and any school or job connected to his children.A formal hearing will reportedly be held on October 25 where Pierce can petition for a more extensive restraining order, lasting up to five years.Despite boasting a huge screen career that has spanned decades – and being a part of one of the biggest film franchises in history – he has remained fiercely private about his family life. The actor was previously married to Australian actress Cassandra Harris, with the couple welcoming son Sean together, and he also adopted her children, Charlotte and Harris.Disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris ‘under 24-hour care with

Mary Poppins star Dick Van Dyke, 96, rocking ‘spoonful of sugar’ jumper while leaving gym proves he’s still as cheeky as ever
Dick Van Dyke may be 96 but his humour is still just as sharp after he was spotted wearing a ‘spoonful of sugar’ jumper. The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang actor was spotted out and about in Malibu, California on Wednesday during a busy day of running errands. First stop was a session at the gym, which he was spotted leaving with a pep in his step, explaining exactly how he remains nimble in his golden years. He later met up with his wife Arlene Silver and the two headed to a lunch date, with the actor still rocking his gym attire, which included a grey jumper with ‘spoonful of sugar’ printed on the front alongside a picture. It was, of course, a cheeky nod to Dick’s famous role as jack-of-all-trades Bert in the 1964 children’s classic Mary Poppins, in which the titular character sings the famous song. Dick was in cheerful spirits as he was seen laughing around with others while heading into the restaurant with Arlene. The couple have been married for 10 years and celebrated their anniversary in February. They met in 2007 when Arlene was working at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, and Dick took to the stage to present Mary Poppins actress Julie Andrews with a lifetime achievement award. Arlene, a former make-up artist and singer, previously recalled their first meeting and shared: ‘He said, “Hi, I’m Dick”.
