Coronation Street star Rebecca Ryan has announced she is pregnant with her first child with her husband Dan Acraman.

Coronation Street fans went wild on Friday as they recognised newcomer Lydia star Rebecca Ryan from Shameless. During the latest episode, Rebecca, whose real-life brother Jack James Ryan plays bad boy Jacob Hay, made her debut on the cobbles as Lydia, who is the PA of an Underworld client, as she bonded with Sarah Barlow.
