He even had his own self-titled show, Barrymore, and he also headlined the Royal Variety Performance in 1993, as well as appearing on Celebrity Big Brother, This Morning, The Graham Norton Show and more. But then a partygoer, Stuart Lubbock, died in the pool at his home, and his career was over.
