EXCLUSIVE: Get Me Out Productions, the international production company behind the Crackle reality series Men of West Hollywood, has signed with A3 Artists Agency for representation.

EXCLUSIVE: Former A3 Artists Agency Partner and President Brian Cho has started Arise Artists Agency, with former A3 agents Ashley Partington, Abbie Waters and Nic Frascino joining the newly launched company. The news comes a month and a half after the abrupt shutdown of A3 Artists Agency last month.  

A3 may be dead, but the legal war between onetime agency chairman Adam Bold and his former top executives rages on.

Matt Donnelly Senior Film Writer A3 Artists Agency, a talent representation business whose majority owner Adam Bold was recently sued by his partners, will cease operations next week, multiple sources told Variety. The shop — which counts clients like Lorraine Bracco and Anthony Michael Hall, and represented late stars like Carl Weathers and Angus Cloud — will shut down at close of business on Monday, per a memo obtained by Variety and written by A3 chief operating officer Todd Quinn. Employees will be issued final paychecks on Feb.

Five years after snagging a majority stake in A3, Adam Bold is being accused of “a campaign of chaos” by the Agency’s CEO and president and being a coke addict, a “creeping” leach who created a toxic and hostile workplace, and a spendthrift who is steering “what remains of a once-great company into bankruptcy.”

EXCLUSIVE: JooRyoung Kim, best known for her role as Han Mi-nyeo, or Player No. 212, on Netflix’s Emmy-winning horror thriller Squid Game, has signed with A3 Artists Agency for representation.

BreAnna Bell Non-scripted and digital production company FRANK has signed to A3 Artist Agency for representation across all divisions, Variety has learned. Known for their non-scripted television series under the Discovery umbrella, FRANK’s impressive slate boasts projects like “Delicious Miss Brown” on Food Network, and the James Beard award-winning PBS series, “Pati’s Mexican Table.” The company was founded by Dan Connell and Pasquale DeFazio. FRANK’s “Baked in Tradition,” which stars pastry chef and cookbook author Bryan Ford, premiered last month on the Magnolia network, and their Food Network series, “Outchef’d” premieres September 27th. The show will feature home cooks going head-to-head with world-class chefs.

The company will now be known as A3 Artists Agency, the trio announced at its annual retreat over the weekend.
