Joe Swash looked a little worse for wear in Dancing On Ice rehearsals this week.

Joe Swash has revealed he was rushed to the hospital after his Dancing On Ice partner Alex Murphy cut his ear by accident. The 38 year old took to his Instagram Stories to tell his 1.3 million followers exactly what happened as people worried over his health.

Caroline Flack's friend Joe Swash was left fighting back tears as he paid an emotional tribute to the late star, who was found dead in her London apartment on 15 February. After his Sunday evening performance on Dancing On Ice, the 38 year old looked visibly overwhelmed as he joined show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby with his skating partner Alex Murphy.

Joe, 38, lifts professional skater Alex up in his arms as they quickly spin around and around before they come out of the twirl and Joe immediately falls to the floor to recover.

Joe Swash will be skating with a new partner this weekend on Dancing on Ice as his partner Alex Schauman had a “freak fall”. Joe will instead skate with American skater Alex Murphy, who was paired with Brian McFadden on last year's show.
