Zendaya's just gone and made Emmys history by becoming the youngest-ever two-time Emmy acting winner for her role as Rue in the hit series Euphoria. Not only that, the 26-year-old is also the first Black woman to win the Emmy for Lead Actress in a Drama Series twice. Acting noms aside, Zendaya was additionally nominated as an executive producer of the groundbreaking series, which was up for a total of 16 nominations.
For the occasion, the actor opted for a truly timeless Valentino gown styled Law Roach. If you haven't already watched Zendaya's acceptance speech, it's short but sweet. When receiving the Emmy, Zendaya shared a few words thanking those who made Euphoria what it is while sharing her hopes for anyone who watched it.
'My greatest wish for Euphoria is that it could help heal people,' explained Zendaya. 'I want you to know that anyone who has loved a Rue or feels like they are a Rue, I want you to know that I am so grateful for your stories, and I carry them with me, and I carry them with her. 'Zendaya walked the red carpet and accepted her award wearing a breathtaking Valentino gown.
