Zara McDermott has shared a video of her bloated stomach, comparing it to her "pre-9am abs" in a candid post. The Love Island star, 26, took to Instagram on Saturday to share a ‘social media vs reality post’ as she told fans “no one’s body looks the same all day every day”.
Zara shared how, while she does have a flat stomach before breakfast, she bloats during the day, adding: “I think I look great in both”.The first clip showed Zara in a bikini showing off her toned figure, with the TV personality saying a combination of angles, light and time of day going into achieving the “perfect” photo. She then compared her ‘before’ clip to one of her lifting up a t-shirt to show her bloated stomach after she’d eaten.

"I think sometimes when you’re constantly posing and trying to get the perfect angle in pictures you post online (like I am), people can think that you actually look like that 24/7.
"And maybe that’s something I haven’t completely processed before. Because I am in the social media world myself, when I see a photo of someone else, and their body looks “perfect”, I subliminally KNOW how much went into creating that photo, because I know how much effort goes into the photos I take!! "And look, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to get a nice photo of yourself and choosing the best one- we all do it.
