Beastie Boys have teamed up with toy designers Super7 for a series of ‘Sabotage’-inspired action figures.The trio of toys sees Ad Rock, MCA and Mike D dressed as their alter-egos from the 1994 music video for ‘Sabotage’.The Spike Jonze-directed visuals saw Beastie Boys play fictional movie stars in a ‘70s crime drama, with MCA playing Nathan Wind playing Cochese, Ad-Rock playing Vic Colfari playing Bobby, ‘The Rookie,” and Mike D playing Alasondro Alegré playing ‘The Chief’.Super7 has made some official ReAction Figures paying homage to the original cast of Sabotage. I was misusing drum machines, as usual, and stumbled onto this beat that got stuck in my head – it felt like something only Bryan could naturally play.

The screenings will be held at 200 select theaters in the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Argentina, Colombia, Australia and New Zealand, with Cinemark hosting the American screenings exclusively for members of its Movie Rewards program. We’re so grateful to our friend Justin Vernon for joining us on this song.”The post also revealed that the single will be released worldwide at 9am PST / 12pm EST / 5pm UK on Monday, August 22.
