A dozen family members who traveled to St. Louis to celebrate their father’s 99th birthday found themselves all infected by the novel coronavirus.

California lawmakers are reportedly descending on a week-long policy conference in Hawaii as the Golden State urges its citizens to refrain from travel and indoor gatherings. A good samaritan returned a 6-year-old boy to his family after he got off the bus at the wrong stop on his way home from his first day of in-person learning at Postma Elementary school in Cypress, Texas.  According to a report by KHOU 11, Colton Franklin was supposed to meet his older brother Gavin at the bus stop, where the pair would walk home together at around 4:30 p.m.

Inmates in Texas are reportedly being used to help the El Paso County Medical Examiner’s office handle the influx of bodies as coronavirus cases surge in the area.
