Police have today named a man that was killed on an Ayrshire road.

A young man has been reported missing from Edinburgh for over a week amid growing concerns for his welfare.
Aloaye Prosper Eshilama, 20, was last seen at an address in the Western Hailes area at around 8am on Wednesday, June 15.
He has not been heard from since and police have been unable to make contact with the 20-year-old following his disappearance.
Aloaye is described as a black male, around 5ft 7ins tall, of a slim build with a short black afro style hair and a short black beard.
It is not known what he was wearing when he went missing but he could potentially have stud earrings in both of his ears.
Aloaye is known to have links to the Aberdeen area.
Anyone who may have seen him, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland.
This can be done by calling 101 and quoting incident number 1289 of June 22, 2022.
