Jayne Jones, mum of teenager Nell, spoke as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are due in Manchester city centre later today to attend the official opening of a memorial to the 22 people murdered in the terror attack.

Nell, who had three older brothers, was from Goostrey in Cheshire, a pupil at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. Her teachers said she excelled in maths and English and 'shone' on the stage.
