Melanie Lynskey shows off her award in a cute pic with Rose McIver during the 2022 Gracie Awards held at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel on Tuesday night (May 24) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The two actresses, who are both from New Zealand, stepped out for the event alongside a handful of other stars including Chad‘s Nasim Pedrad, Ava DuVernay, Brie and Nikki Bella, Tia Carrere, Shannon Thornton, Mimi Rogers, Tamron Hall, Medalion Rahimi, pregnant Christina Perri, and Hallmark stars Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Holly Robinson Peete, Bethany Joy Lenz, and Maggie Lawson.
Hosted by Holly, the awards recognized exemplary programming created by women, for women and about women in all facets of media and entertainment.
Tamron was honored with the Best On-Air Talent award; Ava with the Best Family Series for Home Sweet Home; and Nasim for Best Actress in a Breakthrough Role in Comedy.
Meanwhile, Melanie received the Best Actress in Leading Role Drama honor for Yellowjackets.
“It’s amazing to be 45 years old in a size 12…and be playing the sexiest, most interesting, most fun role of my entire career,” she said during her speech. “I never thought it was going to get better, but it did.”
