Created, written, and executive produced by Tony McNamara (writer of “The Favourite”) and executive produced by Marian Macgowan, Mark Winemaker, Elle Fanning, Nicholas Hoult, Brittany Kahan Ward, Doug Mankoff, Andrew Spaulding, Ron West, and Josh Kesselman, the show stars Fanning and Hoult as Catherine the Great and Peter III of Russia respectively.
